Event description: Latine Heritage Month opens with walk-in Chicano flash ink at the downtown Front Street shop.Good Times N Tattoos hosts a walk-in flash night celebrating Chicano tattoo art as part of Latine Heritage Month with Yakima Valley Libraries and Aventura. Artists take walk-ins during the evening window at the studio on N Front Street.
